Dr. Beth Dexter-Rice grew up in Bethlehem, PA. She attended college at Cornell University, where she majored in Biology and Society. She then moved to Philadelphia and attended Jefferson Medical College. After medical school, she completed her pediatric residency at UVA. She stayed at UVA for an additional year as a chief resident before moving to Reston. She started working at Farrell Pediatrics in 2019. Dr. Beth has wanted to be a pediatrician for as long as she can remember and is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the lives of her patients at Farrell Pediatrics. Dr. Beth lives in Reston with her husband and son. She enjoys spending her free time swimming, reading, and going for walks on the Reston trails with her family.
